A note on the headline number.
$9/asset · 24h · No shoot fees.
We replaced the industry-standard 3-week, $4,000 product shoot with a flat per-asset rate and a 24-hour turnaround, then published the price on the homepage instead of burying it in a sales call. The page below is the same promise, itemized.
- $9flat per asset, all tiers
- 24hmedian delivery, standard briefs
- 2,800+DTC brands on active subscriptions

§03 — The fine print, in plain English
The four questions that block DTC buyers from converting.
Every growth manager we lose asks one of these four things before they go. Here are the answers, written down so you don't have to email a human to read them.
-
Does the $9 include commercial licensing for paid ads?
Yes. Every asset ships with full commercial rights, worldwide, in perpetuity, across paid social, programmatic, email, and on-site. No per-channel upcharge, no “extended license” tier, no seat-based fee for the agency running your Meta Ads Manager. The license grant is in the order confirmation, not a separate PDF you have to request.
-
What do revisions actually cost?
Nothing. Unlimited revisions are included on every tier, from the $9 pay-as-you-go asset up to Scale. Color, crop, background swap, copy-on-pack — request it from the brief page and it comes back inside the same delivery window. If we still can't get it right, the 100% reshoot guarantee triggers: a new asset, on us, in 24 hours. 94% of customers we surveyed in 2024 cited that guarantee as the reason they switched from a competitor.
-
Are there retouching or background fees on top of $9?
No. Background generation, compositing, color correction, and standard retouching are part of the $9 baseline — that workflow uses our in-house generative pipeline for retouching and background generation only when it produces the better result, not as a surcharge line item. Custom compositing (on-model, lifestyle, multi-SKU scenes) lives in Scale and is quoted up front against your brief, never after the shoot.
-
What about usage rights if the image goes into a TV spot or out-of-home?
The default $9 license covers digital and print usage below 1M impressions. Broadcast, out-of-home, and packaging use above that threshold are licensed separately and quoted against your media plan — typically a flat fee per asset rather than a royalty. We'll flag the threshold before you brief, so it doesn't surface at the trafficking step.

Operating record, 2024
The numbers behind a flat $9 per asset.
A flat rate only works if the operation underneath actually ships. Here is the public record — pulled from our 2024 delivery logs, customer survey, and funding announcement — that keeps the price honest.

94% of customers who switched to GetPhoto from a competitor cite the unlimited revisions and 24h reshoot guarantee as the reason.
